Shipping & Delivery Policy

Everything Artham provides is delivered electronically: access to the platform, onboarding links, executed agreements, mandate confirmations, invoices and reports. There is no physical shipment, no courier and no delivery address associated with any payment made to us.

For registered entities, access to the platform is provisioned once the commercial agreement is signed and onboarding configuration is complete. The timeline for this is set out in that agreement.

For end clients of a registered entity, the onboarding link is issued by that entity. Access to each step — risk profiling, agreement signing, mandate registration — becomes available immediately once the preceding step is complete.

Confirmations are issued electronically to the email address on record, ordinarily immediately and in any case within 24 hours of the relevant event:

• A signed copy of the advisory agreement, once e-sign or physical signing is recorded.
• Mandate registration confirmation, once the sponsor bank or payment partner confirms it.
• Invoices and fee statements, on the billing cycle agreed with your adviser.

Some confirmations depend on a third party — a bank, a KYC registration agency, or an e-sign provider — and may take longer where that party is delayed. Where a confirmation has not reached you, the current status is always visible in the platform.

No shipping, handling or delivery charges are levied, as no physical goods are supplied.

If you have completed a step and have not received the corresponding confirmation, check the email address on your account, including its spam folder. If it is still missing, write to connect@artham.co with your client code and the date, and we will re-issue it.
